Cuba–Honduras

The maritime boundary between Cuba and Honduras was established through a bilateral agreement that was reached in August 2012 and entered into force in December 2013. The boundary follows a modified equidistance line, which provided Cuba with a degree of relief from the influence that Honduras’ Swan Island would have exerted on a boundary based on the strict application of the equidistance method.
