Micronesia–United States (Guam)

In 2014, Micronesia and Guam, an unincorporated territory of the United States, reached a boundary agreement that delimited their overlapping maritime entitlements in the Pacific Ocean. The boundary extends for 447 nautical miles on a generally west to east directional bearing in the western Pacific Ocean. The boundary divides the continental shelves and exclusive economic zones of the two States and was defined using the principal of equidistance. Micronesia and the United States ratified the Agreement in 2019.
