Netherlands–United Kingdom
The maritime boundary between the Netherlands and the United Kingdom extends for 244 nautical miles and separates the overlapping maritime entitlements of the Parties in the North Sea. It was originally defined in 1965 through a bilateral agreement that employed the equidistance methodology to determine the boundary’s turning points. It was later updated to reflect adjustments to both tripoints, one with Germany in the north, and the other with Belgium in the south.
