Cambodia–Laos Land Boundary Agreement

On 13 February 2023, Cambodia and Laos signed the Treaty on the Demarcation of the State Border between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

France (Saint Martin)–Netherlands (Sint Maarten) Land Boundary Agreement

France and the Netherlands have divided sovereignty of the Caribbean Island of Saint Martin, as it is referred to by its French population, and Sint Maarten, as it is known in Dutch. On 26 May 2023, the two States signed an agreement and finally settled their last remaining boundary dispute on the island.

Indonesia–Malaysia Maritime Boundary Agreement

On 8 June 2023, Indonesia and Malaysia signed two Agreements delimiting their overlapping territorial sea entitlements in the Celebes Sea, and in the southernmost part of the Strait of Malacca.
